Alumni Guidelines

Objectives:
The main objective of these guidelines is to identify the specific best practices for Alumni center in order to become more successful in connecting, informing, inspiring and serving alumni, getting them engaged through Alumni Association with Alma maters.
1. To maintain stability in man power.
2. To create bonding among new students, future graduates and young alumni of institute.
3. To enhance volunteer involvement.
4. To seek support networking from the ambassordors.

Guidelines:

1. Any student who successfully obtains any degree from the college automatically becomes a life member of the association from the date of issue of the result.
2. The Alumni Association will exercise all activities of the association throughout the year.
3. Alumni group co-ordinators and members of the committee need to have keen interest, good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
4. Organizing a minimum of one or two events per year to which all alumni in the region are invited.
5. The Alumni group is not allowed to charge membership fees, but ofcourse, alumni can be asked to pay for their own expenses when participating in an event (Dinner & Snacks).
